Areas of Practice
Mr. Halling has experience in litigation matters respecting, among other things, contract disputes, partnership and corporate governance, commercial transactions, health care and insurance law, and real estate lease, sale, brokerage and financial transactions. He also has experience in civil and criminal antitrust matters having worked as a law clerk for Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton’s Antitrust Practice Group.
