Currently we have openings for a transaction attorney and a business litigation attorney each with 3 – 5 years of experience.

Transaction candidate should have experience with purchase and sale agreements, title and survey review, due diligence, financing, JV’s, and leasing. Litigation candidate should have real estate and general business litigation experience. All candidates must have the ability to work independently, and excellent writing and analytical skills.
