TIC/DST Investor Representation

We have represented groups of TIC Investors in a variety of different circumstances.  Our typical representation is in connection with negotiations with the asset/property manager or in connection with a loan reinstatement.  However, we have worked on numerous other projects as well on behalf of TIC Investors.

 

TIC/DST Sponsor Representation

We have represented TIC/DST Sponsors in a variety of different circumstances.  Our typical representation is in connection with preparation of offering materials to be provided to potential investors.  However, we have represented TIC/DST Sponsors (and traditional non §1031 Sponsors) in connection with numerous other projects as well.
